I live in this complex and it's not just the other tenants that make this place bad. It is the management that doesn't take care of the things they should. It's a gated community, which is great, when the gates work. Everyone in the complex breaks the knobs on all the gates so some times you can't even get out. Management refuses to replace things like air filters and special light bulbs for their fictures that the tenant land lord act of arizona specifically states they are responsible for. It takes them at least 5 days to fix your AC/Heat if it breaks and they offer NO compensation or alternate living quaters while the repairs are being made, again something they are supposed to do according to the tenant landlord act of arizona. They also allow 10 people to live in a 1 bedroom apartment.

If you need a place to stay for a month or two this place is ok. Do not move in this complex for long term living.

This person is someone who doesn't seem to like to tell the truth. The management has been working very hard to make this a great place to live, which by the way it is. They are always adding new things to the property for us residents. I would recommend this apartment in a heart beat to any of my friends or family

That's because your the manager of it. It is not fair to others who genuinely use this service for you to post false information anonymously to fluff up your apartments reviews. People steal cars form somewhere else and dump them at this complex. People shoot each other at the Circle K down the street and flee to this complex for safty. A meth lab burned up in the building next door. Still feel safe living there? You can google for all the news articles and you'll factually the accuracy of my claims.

WEll i think that if this is the manager they whould have tried to at least make a better argument. . . . the circle K it the mosted robed circle k in town!! i like the manager but she needs to address the issues at hand. . . . there is so much potential in this little community if someone would just attend to it!!
