First, you need to call the police about the loud music
2. You should go into the office and make a request to fix the things that you need fixing.
3. There is no such thing as a safe place! Why don't you be the solution to the problem and start a neighborhood watch?
4.If you moaned and complained to me like you probably did to the manager, I would be rude to you too.
5. Ask for pest control!
6. If you have proof that a sex offender lives there, then tell the manager who it is.
Or are you just a crazy complainer?
