I moved-in with practically a day's notice. Yet the management was extremely obliging so the deposit was really cheap and the apartment was cute and furnished.
The neighborhood is beside some really noisy streets yet the apartment is very quiet.
The apartment was older and needed some up keep: outlets, leaking ceilings as well as leaking pipes.
But for the price this was acceptable.
One major problem was the heat and living with swamp coolers. Lets just say the heat wins out every time! vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
