This complex offers great value for the location. It is walking distance to the U of A and grocery shopping. The management is understanding, timely, and knowledgable - problems are fixed immediately, and they will hold packages for you if they are home. They maintain the exterior of the property very well, and clearly take pride in their work. The interior is nothing to write home about, but offers the bare essentials. Other apt residents range from undergrad and graduate students, to small families and professionals. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with little traffic. I recommend University Arms if you are looking for a good, quiet apt near the university.
