Best deal for nearly On-Campus housing

This is the first apartment me and my wife found that was nice enough for her to stay in. They really clean up the apartments well before you move in. Deposit was fine, but the management was what won us over. They are such great people and really bend over backwards to help you.
The interior is very 70's (when they were built) but they are furnished. You get all the necessities, the swamp cooler isn't bad but during the humid monsoon months you would rather sleep outside. Never had any maintenance problems, the grounds are kept nice and clean. I would stay here for a much longer time if they had larger models, but they are all the same size. Unfortunately we have outgrown and need to upsize. I have highly recommended this place to 3 friends, and they have all moved in because they loved it!
