Overall a good apartment.

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
New managers are great. Maintenance is quick and the area is quiet. 2bd/2ba for $600 about 800sq ft. It is literally across the street from the University, about a 5 min walk to campus. There are problems with cockroaches on the first floor and the appliances are old.
