We like it a lot! It only takes me 6 minutes to walk from my apartment to my office at the UofA.
Roaches are an issue if you don't keep your apartment clean all the time. The managers are really kind and always helpful. Maintenance is very efficient and quick. The pool is always clean unless some tenants got it dirty one way or another. The only issue is having only two washers and two dryers for the entire apartment complex.
