still not worth it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/30/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   Changes have occurred at UniHouse, only after numerous complaints and many months. But fortunately there is some security on Thurs-Sat. nights. The apartments are still poorly made and noise is a serious problem. If you are a partier, this place may not bother you, but if you aren't, expect to be woken up Thurs-Sat. night by drunken screaming kids and squeeling tires in the parking lot. Pest control still is non existant and the office staff continually succeds in being rude and ill-versed in their own lease policies. Basically, they are hypocritical, so make sure you know your lease and your rights. The grounds are pretty, and the weight room has tv's again... but don't expect the equipment to always be fixed. It's your choice, but I say the hassle of the office staff and the noise makes this place not worth your money.
