I lived here during college From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/14/2004 Years at this apartment: 1996 - 1998   These apartments were nicely price and had seperate leases for roommates, which is nice not to have to worry about finding another roommate when they drop out of school or graduate. Short walk to campus. Walls are thick and brick/concrete. There's no way to hear your neighbors. If you're female I wouldn't recommend a ground floor apartment for safety reasons. There was a management change while I lived there. The second managers didn't run things as well as the first. I believe the apartment has now been taken over by another company and renamed.
