When my roommate and I moved in to this apartment we were a little unsure because we sublet first but the staff was nothing but friendly respectfull and always avalable. They solved any problems that we had very quickly. All of the staff knows us by name because they are always around taking care of the landscape and pool.
Yes, it is very old infact my dad lived here when he went to college. So yes there are pipes on the ceilings and the plugs are a little lose but they have replaced all the carpet and flooring this summer and the kitchen and bath we remodled a couple years ago. The staff did such a nice job cleaning it before we moved in, shampooed every thing and replaced the mattrises, that it felt bran new.
The only thing that is not included in the rent is electrisity but we pay only 30-50 dollars a month for it in the hottest part of the summer and I like it really cold in here.
It is a college apartment complex so it can be loud with a lot of parties but the walls are thick and honnisty they usually quiet down by a reasonable hour.
