It was pretty good From: heatherdazy Date posted: 2/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I lived here for two year and liked it for the following reasons: -maintenance guys were friendly and helpful -there was always a night guard in the parking lot -each roommate has a separate lease -there are great rewards for renewing your lease -there are occasional complex parties, plus stuff like free breakfasts during final exams What I didn't like was: -Lots of parties... sometime the noise gets pretty loud -You have to watch your laundry (women's underwear has been known to vanish)
