I am so happy I found this website. Please do not make the mistake of living here. Look at the article below mine and everything that person said that so true. I signed up for the place on the internet after looking at the "beautiful pictures" and I was told I would be receiving a 2 bedroom place and I would take over both leases so I could live by myself. This ia because the woman said there were no 1 bedrooms.

I was so excited to move in the first day I walk up the stairs to a year of hell. The place is a complete dump! But at least I was going to have enough space...NOT! no I was stuck with a one bedroom becuase 2 people were suppossed to share this space. I was stuck in a lease.

They took away the hottub. and have never replaced. then they decided to rip up the floors and not replace them so now as the review before me said : it looks like prison. This place is embarrassing.

The laundry price is outrageous. the fire alarm gets pulled almost weekly and when you go to call the apartment you get a machine. Also, these Maverick girls run this place but basically live here for free. The lease also said that there would be a community room for using the internet and computers. What they did not tell you is that the computer room is 2 computers located in their office which closes at 5pm and not open on the weekends. Also, neither is there pool room or clubhouse whatever they decide to call it.

The only great thing about the place is location. I walked to school everyday. Thats it so what you pay for is location. Oh also the furniture' any other place owned by university house has nice furniture and this place is horrible.

Do not ruin your college experience by living here.

I wasted so much money living here. oh and the managment does not care about the tenants what so ever!!!! and it is not safe here bums are always in the dumpsters.
