-- Noise: There are loud parties 1-3 nights per week, but my ear plugs take care of those just fine.

-- Maintenance: Very friendly, and even fixed the hot water heater within 30 minutes of my request on Christmas Day.

-- Broken glass: Every Friday and Saturday night, partiers throw trash and glass bottle around. Just step around it the next morning. The maintenance guys have it cleaned up by noon.

-- Grounds: The lawn mowers are loud, but the grass looks good. People use the BBQ, but I don't like getting smoked out on the 4th floor.

-- Low price, right by the rec center, utilities run $20 split 3 ways at 75 degrees year round.

-- People: office staff know all our names and are nice. Maintenance jokes with us. I did not find this place as social as I'd hoped, but it is probably my fault for staying in my room all the time. There were some vandals here last semester, who I hope got evicted. I think they wrote two reviews on here. They sure messed this place up last semester.

-- Rooms: Pretty good. But with two guys in the same room, and 3 guys sharing a bathroom, I don't have as much privacy as I want. And what if I bring a woman over' As much as I like this place, I think I'll go to North Pointe to get my own bedroom with my own private bathroom for only $75 per month more (after UH's renewal incentive is accounted for). I read the North Pointe reviews, and think that with my ear plugs and not having a car, I'll do just fine over there.

-- Social life: The complex staff advertise that they have complex sponsored social life. I did not find the events that useful, though I guess that is not their fault. Most residents don't go to the events, unless it is an alcohol party. The roommate matching is very good. I always got along with my roommates. Every Saturday night I see a line of 20 pretty women head down the stairs and out the gate to go up the street and party elsewhere. hahaha :-( But there have been some good parties here too.

-- gates: good, but residents keep propping the open with rocks. i keep kicking out the rocks, but it is futile.
