I lived here for a year, and I sincerely regret not being able to keep up on my rent and having to move back home, mostly because of it's great location. The view we had of the mountains and the University was great. If we ever had problems with maintenance they'd come take care of it, and basically everyone who works there was nice and helpful.

The ONLY issues I had were party related- loud at night, fights...somebody's door even got kicked in and someone broke our door knob! It's a college apartment though, so there's bound to be a little craziness every now and then.

The elevator broke down a lot, and sometimes it took forever for them to finally fix it...oh and MAKE SURE you look before entering it after there's been a party. People freaking puke and do other gross things in it when they're drunk.
