This place is ok because of its location. It is pretty rundown however... And roaches everywhere. DISGUSTING! I had a roach in my bed under my thigh and have not been able to sleep well since. Be aware
-- Noise: There are loud parties 1-3 nights per week, but my ear plugs take care of those just fine.
-- Maintenance: Very friendly, and even fixed the hot water heater within 30 minutes of my request on Christmas Day.
