Nice resource to improve management skills. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/17/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   There is very poor security system entire property. No peephole, chain lock, no lock for window. A burglar seemed to break into the manager's office. Another day, the vending machine in this property was broken and money was stolen. But the manager has never informed and warned residents with notification. They have never done pastside; so, rooms are paradise for roaches and flies. There are too many corner-cutting repairs. In my case, water leaked out after two or three months because the silicon was placed to cracks. It has never repaired; so, there is no respectable mentainance you can have. If you like to live in this irresposible manager's property which is located in crime area with many roaches and flies, it is the best place for you.
