I really liked it...

First of all, the rent is next to nothing and conveniently located a hop, skip, and a jump away from the U of A and Pima C.C. Fry's is four blocks north along with a McDonalds. Also, it is very quiet, it is not crowded and too big with hundreds of tenants. Don't let the outside appearance fool you, this is a good place to live especially if you are a serious student. Nice little pool, laundry room and plenty of parking space. The staff has always been helpful. I did have a very small water leak in my bathroom above the shower, but told management - and the very next day it was repaired promptly.
This has been one of the best places I have lived in Tucson. The convience, location, price, coziness, etc...really make it worthwhile. The studio's are big for a studio and you can choose wood or carpet floor.
I would recommend it to anyone, especially if you are a serious college student and you need quiet time to study.
