I love living here at the University Villas. It is close to the university and if you do not have a car or it does not work you can take the bus. The bus comes by every half hour. If you have anything that goes wrong in your apartment the maintance group gets it fixed right away. The whole staff at the University Villas are very nice and go out of their way to help. The University Villas are great at roommate matching. The person that I have been matched with is great and we get along really good. The rent is nice and low and it also includes internet and cable. Plus, University Villas is not far from the grocery store. You can walk to the Safeway off of Silverbell and Grant and it is not far. The other people who live here are very nice too.
