The majority of residents here are students out on their own for the first time which has an effect on the overall experience here. If you like to party, live here. The pool is not always the cleanest, but fun, same for the exercise center (equiped nicely). The office staff isn't experienced at all and kind of a pain, but they're polite if not professional. The only problem we've had is with complaints against us (cigarette buts on our porch) that were unsubstantiated (neither my roomate or I smoke, but the people living above us do!) The apartments were put up quickly resulting in cheap and crappy construction, but if you're only going to live here a year, it's fine. For example, the weather stripping around the doors and windows is practically gone which invites lots of bugs in, but the pest control service is great. We had a problem with ants in the kitchen, but Raid took care of that. Maintenence is superb, they are fast, polite, and cute! Any problems I've had have been resolved with persistance on my part. I think the main problem here is the noise and the management (seem really interested in money only). Make sure you read your lease and question it if you need to. Also, use the amenities! I hardly ever see anyone playing sand volleyball or basketball even though we have great courts. Debate rent too, get the discounts, be persistant. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
