I am very impressed with Sterling University Villa! There satff is excellent, they are friendly and are always ready to make sure that your living is comfortable. Maintainence and the Computer Technician are always on top of their jobs. They are prompt, friendly, and very helpful. I have never had a problem with getting something fixed or any matter taken care of.

The community is set up nicely, there is ample parking which is for the most part lit. The appartment walls may not be the best insulated but it works. It is not top of the line, but for college students it is perfect because it comes fully furnished and equipped with all major appliences. The only bills you have to pay are for the electricity and the phone (most people just use their cell phones though). Trash, water, sewage, high speed ethernet, and cable with HBO is also included in your rent. On top of that they have a computer lab fully equipped with printers, fax and copy machine, a well equipped fitness center, tanning bed, pool, spa, billards room, sand volley ball court, lit and fenced basketball court, and barbeque grills, which is also included in rent. The ameneties are top notch. For all these things rent is definetly decent.

I really have no complaints about this community besides the insulation being to thin and occansionally contribting to noise disturbances, but hey its college so its kind of unreasonable to expect silence.

Another thing that I thought was really neat was that on your birthday they send balloons and cookies and in the office they always have freshly baked cookies, muffins, candy, and some type of juice or punch for all residents to partake in daily. The community also has events such as pool parties and other catered parties for all residents.

I highly reccommend Sterling!
