This is my second year here and it's alright.
Pros:
The floor plans are nice
Maintenance responds fairly quickly, especially if there's mold...haha
Muffins in the office
Beautiful area

Cons:
Walls are incredibly thin. Our neighbor's bass is absolutely horrible.
Management or others will enter for some reason or another multiple times a month
Changed the locks for the next year at 10pm, ended up locking one of my roommates out
Security is a joke. Anyone who wants in can get in. The gate is meaningless
The apartment was filthy on move-in. Half filled beer can was in my bathroom.
Internet is incredibly slow

Th WORST place EVER! They are scam artist! The place is a DUMP, the premises are not at all maintained, there are gun shots almost every weekend and the manager is only out to get your MONEY!

totally agree with previous response....management is the most money-hungry rental organization ive ever dealt with..there is a fee for everything...and sometimes the fee may/may not be written up in the lease...i. e CAREFULLY READ YOUR LEASE

yes that is true. i just left there, and i they kept telling me things that i clearly know that are not in the lease. so please, please, do not sign that lease. get a copy of the landlord tenant act.
