Management makes this place bad...i.e Trisha From: meita01 Date posted: 7/31/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   Sterling is located at 2550 W. Ironwood Hills Dr. I lived there since Aug 2006 (4,4) and am in the process of moving because I refuse to stay there for another year. At the apartment I've had problems with fungus on my closet wall. The first two times it happened they sent a couple of kids out to repaint the wall. After I complained in writing (attaching a section from the Landlord Tenant Act detailing resident rights) they finally correctly fixed the problem. Whenever I've had to go to the office to speak with the manager Trisha about a problem with the apartment she's given me attitude and the strong feeling that she could care less; she is a B. I would definately not recommend this place to anyone and word must be spreading around because they now are trying to rent to families probably because students are not longer willing to put up with their mess.
