Sterling gets you when they show you the model of the apartment. I stayed there for a year, and I was excited to see the model. When I moved in, the room did not look anything what I had imagined. The carpets are dirty, and there is a rodent problem. The managment here also is terrible. Before the new management came, everyone was nice. But when they started changing all the rules, they really started to suck. Oh, if you think you can go in and talk to Tricia the manager. Do not even bother. You can talk with her, but all she is going to do is nod her head and say uh huh yea, okay. She completly disregards any concern that you may have.

If you want to live in a place that has students, then this would be the place for you. Because they have some good amenities, it is okay. But you can find way better for much less, as they have raised their rental rates. If you are a student, who is being on your own for the first time, and want to be around other students, you can be here. Otherwise, do not stay in a student complex. I feel they screw students over because most of them do not read their leases before they sign it. Oh yea, beware of the charges they will give you at the end of the year for little stuff.

Trust me, you can do sooooo much better than here.
