I am PROUD to say that I am no longer a resident at Sterling University Villa. I lived there for 3 years and I just recently moved out getting my own place at University House @ Starr Pass which has been AMAZING! Oh, where do I begin. I was first living in Building 7 in a 3X3 unit, where I ended up not getting along with my 2 roommates and switched into a 4X4 unit in building 12 with a few girlfriends. They never cleaned my room before I moved in because they were lazy, so I moved into the unit "as is" and spent a week cleaning the filthy bedroom. After 2 of my roommates graduated, only me and my other roommate were left. They ended up moving in 2 new girls. One of the girls named CRAZY Krystal, was not even a student, she was not enrolled in school at either the UofA or Pima. How can someone live in student housing if they're not a student'' That's because Sterling is money hunrgy and they will let anyone live there just as long as they get paid. This girl put me and my other roommates through HELL. So, she wasn't going to school and she could never hold down a job. She had an Extreme DUI on her record and was on Probation, meaning every week she had to see her Probation Officer. She was a SKANK, she had low-life guys knocking at our door all hours of the night. She was a complete SLOB, her room was filthy with dirty dishes that had been sitting there for weeks, no joke, used tampons all over the floor, and dirty laundry. We took pictures and brought them down to show Trish the Manager, and what did she do, NOT A DAMN THING.

The girl did drugs, my boyfriend came over one day and caught her smoking it up in the house, like seriously. We constantly had EMT, Firefighters, and Tucson Police at our apartment because she would get drunk and belligerent, do something stupid like fall on her FAT ASS and need medical attention. The biggest thing of all was she was a thief. She stole money out of my room and she stole tons of food from me, like hundreds of dollars worth of grocercies. After I would go shopping, the next day 3 tv dinners, cookies, chips, everything out of my cabinets would be gone. My stuff had my name written all over it in the frige and we all had our own cabinets for our dry food. My roommate even caught her in the act after she tried to deny when I confronted the SNATCH. She even ruined my whole dish set because she would use a dish and then let it sit in her room for weeks and let it get "CRUSTIFIED". I got into many physical conflicts with her because she was trash talking, and she almost got her ASS beat several times, but she was touched by an angel becuase luckily my other roommate held me back. It took 7 months for Trish the dumbass manager to get her removed after all the complaints. I hate Sterling because after the whole incident that just recently happened at the UofA where a girl was stabbed to death by her roommate because they had similar problems like the ones I had with my roommate just goes to show you that they don't do roommate matching. I think that if she continued to live with us, one person would come out of the apartment in handcuffs, and the other in a body bag.

Another issue was that our unit was infested with SCORPIONS, big, small, medium, large, brown, black, clear, etc. We had like 4 in one week, I went down to put in a request to have them spray but Trish the manager could care less. My roommate and I had to hire our own pest control to come out and spray the apartment. Pest control is included in the rent, but yet they refused to have someone come out and spray which pissed me off to a new level. Then one week before I moved out, I woke up on a Saturday morning with a sharp pain in my back, I rolled over and there was a small tan scorpion in my bed that had been pinching me. My roommate checked my back to make sure I wasn't stung, killed it and we brought it down to the office to show them what had almost poisoned me, to top it off the one that was in my bed was one of the more poisonous types of scorpions. They didn't do ---- About it, I told them that if I was stung they would have such a law suit on their asses because they are liable and that it was a safety issue that they disregarded so many times. I know we live in Arizona and scorpions are prone to come out, but when you have 4 in one week and then they're in your bed, that's an infestation. So, now I am officially moved out, but they had they nerve to send me a bill for almost $300 for fees to supposedly clean up that ragady ass apartment. They said they split it 4 ways but who knows. So I decided that I was going to dispute this matter, there was no way I was paying all that money after all the ---- they put me through. Oh, did I forget to mention that 2 of my roommates had dogs in our apartment and guess what they didn't pay a pet deposit nor pet rent, oh and Trish knew about it but wrote it off because one of my roommates had the same type of dog as her, awww precious!!!! I mean the list goes on, but I don't have all the time in the day to continue my story. Let it be known I hate sterling with a passion, I hope that place goes up in flames. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE.

can't reinterate enough...DO NOT LIVE AT STERLING...Trisha may be gone (to the Exchange...I suggest u don't live there either) but the same BS exists

Guess what? Krystal became my roommate. To anyone reading this, the stuff about Krystal is no lie! She was real and a real pain in the ass! Check out my post 'Crappy' if you want more reasons why YOU SHOULD NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!
