I hate sterling university villa (which is now university villa) for their horrible landlord and maintenance quality. I moved into an apartment that had not been cleaned from the prior tenant. Piss stains, black and white mold, white paint all over the carpet and pest problems. I had them fix these problems upon discovery, but they sent maintenance crew who made a worse mess with paint and ----. I had them come out twice because they kept half a s s ing the job. When there was still mold behind dryer and under kitchen sink etc. after the third request, I just cleaned it myself. Before this I took a bunch of pictures of the mess (discusting)... I even called the health department. Well throughout the year the apartment complex felt they had the right to enter my apartment anytime they wanted...which was annoying. At the end of the year they threw a $450.00 bill in my face to clean the apartment (even though there was no security deposit). I had cleaned the place better when I moved out then the condition upon move in. I gave them the pictures and a long letter explaining my disappointment with the bill and somehow they think it should be settle in court. Don't move to sterling what ever you do. This apartment complex was top 3 in auto theft in tucson. I checked these ratings because my car was stolen that year from sterling's parking lot due to lack of security which, according to the lease agreement, they were supposed to have some security. DON'T MOVE TO STERLING UNIVERSITY OR UNIVERSITY VILLAS. They also have a huge problem with drainage which results in tons of blood sucking mosquitos
