I'm not a current tenant but I did stay at University Villa for a while in 2007. The management was nice and I never needed any maintenance. The Price was better than anywhere else.. There were a few parties that were noisy but only on the weekends and you will have noise problems at any student property. It isn't the best place in town but certainly not as bad as most reviews make it out to be. THe pool is great and they actually have a bus stop on the property which was very convenient. Overall i'd give it 4 stars out of 5. Don't beleive any review that is 100% negative, chances are they were evicted for throwing loud parties every weekend.

Reviews that are 100 percent negative are from people who were not satisfied with the apartment complex. I was not evicted and I have very little good things to say about the place! Loud parties in certainly an understatement. It was more like the cops were called and there was a fight nearly every weekend! I live on the top floor and I could hear the music from the bottom floor apartment from the building next to me as if it were playing in my room! The management was nice when you had no problems. However, when there was an issue they were often unhelpful and in many cases rude. This place is more concerned with making money than it is with maintaining a cohesive, calm, habitat for people who are serious about their education.

i agree with the last response. I didn't have huge issues such as being evicted but It's not a good place. I left a post earlier. It's not safe and I don't want to re-type everything I've said, but sure the apartments have ONE plus that they are nice, o wait, the walls are thin so scratch that. No good.

I also didn't have problems with being evicted. I was a good resident who left the apartment in better conditions than when I moved in. The pool may have been nice, but the problems with the new management, parties, and crime out weigh all the positives. I just didn't want to live at a place where I wasn't happy and I didn't feel safe anymore. Chances are you subleased over the summer when no one is there. Over the school year there are some real problems.
