The furniture I had when I first moved in was definently used, but I just got my new bed, and love it. I have drawers on the bottom for extra storage, the office staff has shown me the furniture they have to start slowly upgrading. I think people leave all these bad reviews because they arent willing to wait for things to get better. It was a little hectic around here during the new management take over, but now the office staff is friendly and always helpful. Things are definently getting better and you see the changes from day to day.

I might rent here. I am moving to Tucson from another state. I think it is cheap for a furnish and free utilities, but I don't know the area too well.

You shouldn't have to live in a dump and wait for things to get better... The management is constantly switching so I wouldn't get too attached to them. There has been three sets of management in the past 2 years.

In terms of new management takeover, I've lived here for two years and we've gotten new management 4 TIMES!!! Does that say anything about the organization of this place? I've signed so many updated leases and the only one they have on file is inaccurate!
