I've been here since October of 2007 and I'm still waiting for my lease to expire.

The Good :)
The best thing here is the bus stop out front, I saved a lot on gas and parking while attending the U of A, but that's the only real positive.

The Bad >:(
Parties are a HUGE problem even during finals week and they are often destructive, sometimes as many as 40 people crammed in a single room throwing empty bottles at cars and puking all over.

Management hired a security officer after 6 cars were broken into in a single evening, (they even punched out the lock of my car on a separate occasion...) but security is not here every night and do nothing when they are. I walked to the mail box early one morning to discover a car on blocks after someone ran off with all four tires! Large sections of the lot are completely unlit and the back entrance gate is often broken and propped open for days at a time. (How can they call this a closed gate community if they can't even close the gate')

The Ugly ;/
In desperate need of maintenance, gas BBQ grills are missing knobs, leaking facets, missing window screens, broken glass all over, peeling paint on the balconies, half the gym equipment is damaged and no one picks up their dog crap around here, it's even on the stair cases! (Have these owners never heard of parvo')
