Improving under new management

I love it here. The office staff knows all residents by name and is extremely helpful (as long as you ask). There have been many changes in management within the past year, but it all seems to be for the better. Because this place is smaller than many of the other student complexes, it is easy for the staff to help you on a personal basis. I love the free food on Wednesdays and Sundays!

We have had some issues here, but the staff has responded to the problems. For example, after several cars were broken into, they upped security (there are now guards walking or driving around 24x7) and installed new cameras. I haven't seen any break-ins since. When we saw discrepancies in our lease, the staff was accommodating and corrected them in our favor.

The units are poorly constructed (our kitchen slopes downward at one end) but if you are only living here for a year or two, construction shouldn't be a major concern.

Because the complex is smaller, weekend parties are typically uninterrupted, so if you are looking for a true college experience, UV is a pretty good bet. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

I haven't seen these supposed guards most of the nights. Construction should be a concern due to the fact that a bunch of the apartments leak and grow mold. The parties have gotten the cops called on them many times, so I wouldn't believe that either.
