The experience of living here for one year: loud parties all night long, beer bottles everywhere, loud music in the apartments next door, dirty dingy apartments, unresponsive management, and to top it all off, a $200 "refurbishment fee" on moveout! This company is disreputable.

I love how they just decide to charge you for things that aren't in your lease and claim, "everyone does it." I think they just try to prey off inexperienced college students, I wish I had more time to fight them. If you try to debate their illegal charges they freak out and can't understand why you are there arguing with them and just say it is going hit your credit.
