All those comments saying management is good and how they love the pool parties are all comments from the people who work there trying to make it sound good. First of all they will give you a nice tour telling you how cheap they are and all the benefits and social aspects. Be warned. They are huge hidden fees and many rules that make you their slave. 1. there are no overnight guest allowed for more than 3 days in any period of two weeks. If you violate this you will be subject to huge fines. In other words, if you have a bf or gf don't plan on letting them stay the night for too long. 2. If you have a roommate that gets a pet, even if you notify them, if the roommate does not get rid of the cat both of you are subject to a $300 fine. 3. If you are stuck with a horrible roommate (they will tell you they can switch them out during the tour...) but the fact is you are stuck with them for a whole year until your lease ends. 4. once you are in do not plan on trying to get out of your lease. You are charged two months worth of rent which is easily $900, then you have to pay a fee of $250, on top of that you MUST give them a 30 day notice. Look at the other reviews that say how bad they are... why would people go out of their way to write a bad review if it is such a "awesome place to live". The management is very rude and never returns phone calls (especially the manager!). There is one and only one good thing about living here: The party's are decent... However, so are the other parties every where else. Think long and hard before you become their prisoner for a year.

I agree with this post completely. They may be all nice when you move in, but the management is rude and doesn't want to work with you what so ever! Make sure you keep copies of all of your paperwork because they will lose it and then charge you for things they shouldn't!!! Then if you protest the charges, they will say then it is going to effect your credit because they aren't going to take the wrongful charges away.
