Crazy far from the UA but no a bad place to live.

I am really surprised by all the bad reviews of this place. I lived here from 07-08 and I really enjoyed it. I lived in the back (far away from the pool) so the area was quiet. We signed really early so we didn't have to pay a deposit and we got a great apartment. An amazing view of all of tucson from my window!
Problems:
We were missing I ton of furniture the apt was supposed to include but after about a week they gave us everything plus more!
Our garbage disposal stopped working and it took them about two weeks to fix it which was quite annoying.
I didn't have any problems other than that so I didn't have to deal with management very often.
The only reason I am not living here again is it is so far away from the University. With the construction on the I-10 it would take me almost 40 minutes to get to class!! Other than that, I would totally recommend this place. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

We didn't have to pay a deposit either -- which was their justification for charging a mandatory cleaning fee.
