I have been here for about 9 months and cant wait for my lease to end.
I'm getting charged 100 dollars more then other people I know only because I knew no body there. I accidently made a money order (They dont accept debit cards or cash) 10 dollars short. They applied a late fee and did not tell me till two months later so they ranked up two lates fees of 70 dollars each.(They dont send you a monthly bill so you never know if you have fees) They say they have cameras in this place but they only have one in the main entrance and some inside there main building. It's a gated but there is no point in having them. The exit gate is constantly not working, and on adverage the front or rear gate get crashed in about 1 a month. The gates stay broken for about 2 weeks befor they are fixed. During my stay here my has been broken into 2 time costing me hundreds of dollars in repairs. (I dont have a fancy car or a big stereo system or anything in my car) In there adds it says you can have pets, they did not let me have any pets! yet my neighbors have 2 dogs and recently got anther puppy. They never throw ther poop away they just trow it over the fence, it smells! Yet the apartments have not forced them to clean up. These people dont care about you they just want there money. There is a pool table in there building, the pool sticks are broken. They have a tanning bed, its constently not working. I read some bad reviews but thought this place was to good to pas up BOY WAS I WRONG! trust me stay away!!

I totally agree you! This place was terrible! My apartment was broken into and guess what they told me at the front? "You have to pay for the door and all the damages done reguardless of whether the front gate is open or not."-management. The gate had been busted open by drunks for the second time in the month and so they left it open for over a week. Maybe if they fixed their gates and actually had working security camaras like they advertised there wouldn't be this mess.
