I'm a parent thinking of moving my daughters here...please give me valuable input of your overall experinence with current management.

I'd suggest looking somewhere else. These apartments that cater to students prey upon them. I live in an complex that's about a mile away from University Villa and I love it. It's called Stargate West. Great management.

DO NOT. seriously?!? have you read ANY of the stuff posted? 26% approval rate?! NO. be smart. do not do it. management is TERRIBLE! and constantly getting worse. They cannot even fill the apartments right now. The lady is horrible. They try to charge you wherever they can. Their filing system is a damn mess. They can't find any of our old checks, leases, anything. It's a total disaster. It's not just me being unlucky. Both of my roommates have the same issues. Plenty of people I know who lived here got charged out the ass when moving out for the most miniscule stuff. We have cockroaches. We have pigeons everywhere. We are 3 CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN girls and we still have ants all over the place. I have scars from sitting on the couch and getting bitten by ants. They lock the pool before closing time all the time. SO many car break ins. I could go on...but essentially... NO stay away!!!!

Well I had a great experience with them this past year. i have been here now for 2 years and wont lie that the old management sucked!! They really did, but ever since this new management came on, its been so much better. they actually tend to our needs and their maintenance is awesome! I say do it, i think this management will be here for a while!
