Lived there for 16 years. Maintenence was almost non exisitent. Got broken into several time and was told by management I should have renters insurance. Lots of gang activity and homeless people hanging around there. Manager was nice about getting rent in late though. Could not get ahold of anyone after hour when window smashed in during burglary, so had to got to bed with open kitchebn window. Police there more times than could count.
