This complex has the police there almost every night, even on weekdays. There is drug dealing and even a homicide. The place is old and not well kept. Looks nice during the day, nice model apartment, but in actuality... cannot be outside your apartment after dark.

you're right. there is drug dealers in building one on the bottom level. the apartment right there as you go down the walkway to the mail room. also the aprtments next to it down there are involved as well.
