I moved to Valley View because it was close to work. I got an great sized apt for a great price, and was not charged anything extra for a full city view from my 3rd story balcony, like other apts would charge! When I had any maintanence issue, they immediately got to it though the maintence staff was short handed. The office staff always knew me by name though I only visited the office a few times. They always made me feel at home! I could not have asked them to improve their business in anyway! THANK YOU VALLEY VIEW!
