I have lived at Valley View for almost a year. I have had sewer roahes in my apartment due to the complex being just west of the first ave sewer line. I demanded to be moved to the back of the complex so that I did not have to deal with the roaches, the apartment they transferred me to had a door that had been previously kicked in and there were obvious air gaps around the entire door. I have been experiencing ants in my apt, and recently I have had to deal with water damage inside my apartment from the moonson and the poor building quality. I HATE IT HERE and I wish I would have done my research. Please anyone moving do your research.....
