Watch out from them when you leave

It is ok, but not perfect as one of the reviewers said. But when you move in, they make you pay for insurance; but this insurance is not on the appartment, it is for a lawyer to sue you incase you don't pay the list of things to change, even they charge you cleaning the carpet even if there are no stains on it. It moved out and they charged me almost $300, and the manager was so mean with me. I am a single mom and it is hard for me to pay all this amount and I left the appartment in perfect shape.
