The parking is not assigned so jerk-offs who come home wasted every night can take up 2 spaces and get away with it. also theres not a single flat spot to park, you are at an incline or sideways. The neighbors who walk up the stairs rattle the walls every time and anyone with barely loud music can be heard through the floors and walls. I'm not too bothered, it's just an observation. The fixtures inside seem old and the cupboards come off their tracks quite easily. The caulking in the bathroom around the tub hardly lasts 6 months, let alone a year before it begins peeling back. Rent has been raised and although there is a nicely renovated work-out room, and a lovely new office area, it seems the other money went to painting the mailroom a puke yellow color, ripping out all the beautiful flowers along the walkways and painting over the only color on the buildings (green) with another shade of brown. How dull. When the outside lights that automatically come on in the evening burn out, they are not replaced for at least a week. Thankfully, the maintenance staff, if you ever have a problem, is very fast and friendly and does a good job. If you have or think you'll have any other issues (such as with annoying neighbors) other than maintenance stuff then you should not apply here. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
