I was charged late fees because of a mistake from the manager

I read some reviews that talked about the manager, she is a real B... watch out from her. I lived in this place for ever and one time I went to pay rent and dropped the check with her before the 31st of the month, it seems she forgot and charged me late fees, and when I asked her about it, she never admitted it and said: it is your responsibility .... "the usual". Yeah about the noise, it is true and the same for parking and racism. The maintenance guys are nice.
