Compared to other apartment complexes, this one is average. It's relatively quiet, I saw police cars only once in one year, my neighbors were fine but then they left their apartment (I have no idea where did they go) and their car with its broken glass stayed there for 3 months. There's always plenty of parking spots but I don't believe there's any covered ones. The view can be pretty depending on which apartment you choose.
One very major problem I had (between July 07 to July 08) was water. I tuhink the whole complex had it. They cut us off water for one whole day every 1-2 months, they would give a one-week notice but it can be pretty annoying.
The rent was not expesnive so that's a plus, but they don't cover utilities. The staff are pleasant and maintenance can fix things like A/C the same day.
