Valley View Apartments Cheats its Residents

I lived here for 2 years. Upon moving out, I was slapped with a $500 bill. $500 to replace ------ ass cheap carpeting, because I'd walked on it too much. Turns out there is no refundable security deposit, only a bill upon moving out. I've heard this from other tenets, that it's a fine place to live, but when you move out, they find a way to bill you for something. Don't live it, they cheated me and they will cheat you too.

You sure seem to know a lot about this particular situation, if indeed you have the right person. Almost sounds like you might work at Valley View, so be so familiar with the poster. If so, very unprofessional response.

I do not work at Valley View, however I have been a long-term resident here. I read the blog "Valley View Sucks" and was responding to specific details that were provided in the blog. Did you remove the blog because you incriminated yourself by admitting that you did indeed have a pet?? hmmmmm
