The maintenance was awful, taking three of more times to repair a simple broken toilet, and many other requests went ignored for the duration of our living there, such as broken sprinklers that created flooding and pools of water at our enterance, and a hole in our balcony floor. In particular, in order to have a maintenace call answered, we had to play "20 questions"with the management staff as to why we wanted something repaired. The office staff harrassed us repeatedly, read our mail, ignored complaints of our neighbors firing guns in the middle of the night / drug use / loud arguements / leaving garbage outside, and last but not least, a break-in to our apartment. Also, one of our cars was the hit and run in the parking lot, another in a series of incidents that went ignored by the apt. staff. The landscaping staff also put a rock through one of our windows while working outdoors, and one of the maintenace workers let our indoor cat out, and left to do other things. The experience was a total nightmare, and I would not recommend that anyone live here.
