In a nutshell, a scary place to live. One neighbor' car was set on fire, another neighbor had a gun held to her head after a car followed her into the complex one night. The security is horrible, as anyone can just drive in, even though they boast of having a "gated enterence". Eveyday I would drive in to see the same group of residents openly abusing drugs and playing loud music. One night we even witnessed a "peeper" making his rounds. The management staff ignored our multiple complaints, and did nothing to improve the safety of the complex. They even refused to hold neighborhood watch meetings, saying that "none of the residents would be interesting in attending a meeting". Overall, a very unsafe complex, and apathetic management staff. The maintainence staff never seemed to get anything right either, and always had some excuse for not showing up to work on a repair request.
