UPDATE - Mid May - still no problems. It is nice to live near Sabino Canyon and Ventana Canyon, now that it is gettining into the 100s

I have been quite satisfied in the brief time I hav been here. The negative experiences reported by the "anonymous" complainers seem totally at odds with my experience. My neighbors, in fact, told me that they had lived here for four years and had liked it, except for a leak in thier sons room that was never properly fixed. I have found the maintainence and office staff amazingly responsive, fixing things well before the required 48 hours. Usually within a few hours! As to the crime and noise' I wonder if the writers are confused about the name of this place' I have heard nothing but owls and chiping birds, although I could do without the Lawnmower at 7:30 AM every Tuesday! Tucson is a high-crime area, and I dont know if it is fair to expect the management to protect one from such. No bad experiences so far, but I count on my own ability to protect me, not on others. Guns' Drugs' Garbage' Not that I have seen. Recomended.

Final update: The air conditioner in my apartment malfunctioned and caused damage to the carpet. I asked the maintainece guy who dealt with it if I should make a written reccord. He said no. I was charged 150.00 for a "urine stain" from management when I moved out because of this. Make sure you get everything in writing!!
