I wonder if they are planning on informing their residents that their sewage pipes are old and frequently back up into your bathrooms and bathtubs' I'm sure they didn't "renovate" that. There's nothing worse than having to clean raw sewage that has backed up all over your bathroom floor and into the living room by yourself.

You couldn't give me one of these condos to live in for free.
