I have been a resident for a yr now and the maintenance here is the best Ive come across in my 13 yrs of renting. They are very sincere about resolving problems and they are very courteous. Every request I have put in has been resolved within reasonable time and they always have a smile on there face upon completion. I highly recommend this community just because of their maintenance.
