If you have a high living standard this is not the apartment complex for you. The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful but the apartment complex its self is old outdated and over priced.

The appliances are very old and outdated.

The air conditioning units are loud and located in the bedroom areas of each second floor apartment.

The windows are old and not energy efficient, which means very pricey utility bills in the hot months.

The bathtub is old and the culk and tiles are basically falling off the wall.

The pool is always dirty with a lot of debris and particles floating around. I have yet to see the filtration system working even with a busy pool side.

There are other issues with this apartment complex, but I think what I have listed covers the major issues, along with other complaints I see listed here which are very accurate.

Ventana Vista is definately all about saving money at the expense of the tenant.The management comes off as arrogant and very impersonal.

The apartment complex gate is littered with signs that read such things as "FREE RENT!!", etc. This is a complete eye sore and takes away from the beauty of the area.

If you like nice and have a higher standard of living than do not consider this complex.

They need to make some major improvements to most everything they offer and than they might actually meet the description of the advertisments.

I will not be signing another year lease.
