PRETTY OUTSIDE... BUT.. look elsewhere

These apartments are quite pretty looking on the outside. But, do not judge this book by its cover as I did .
There are quite a few problems structurally as I've discovered. The apartments seem as if they've been airbrushed to disguise flaws.
Just walk upstairs and you will feel like you are about to fall through the floor.
Very very loud place to live... you can hear your neighbor flush the toilet.
The area outside is nice, but this apartment place really needs upgrades.
Look elsewhere. there are many nicer places nearby!
